Who we are
RecruitHub is operated by Justin David Wood, an individual based in Vietnam. It is not currently operated through a registered company. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean that individual.
You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@recruithuboperations.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the RecruitHub website at recruithuboperations.com, including demo requests made through its form and messages sent to our contact address.
It does not cover information that recruitment agencies store in the RecruitHub product about their own clients and staff. Each agency decides what it records there and why, and we handle that information on the agency's behalf under our agreement with it. If an agency holds information about you in RecruitHub, please contact that agency first.
What we collect
- Demo requests: your name, agency name and work email address and, if you choose to add them, where you place people and your message.
- Emails you send us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Technical information: like any website, the services that deliver this site receive your IP address and basic browser information when you visit.
Please don't send us sensitive information, such as health details or copies of identity documents, through the form or by email.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your request, arrange and run a demo, and discuss whether RecruitHub suits your agency. We don't use them for anything else.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not automatically add demo requests to a marketing mailing list. If we ever want to send you marketing emails, we will ask you separately first.
Services that handle your information
We use these providers to run the website and handle enquiries:
- Formspree receives the demo request form, stores the submission and emails it to us. See Formspree's privacy policy.
- Google provides the email inbox where demo requests and messages to our contact address arrive. It also hosts this website (Firebase Hosting) and supplies its typeface (Google Fonts), so your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit.
- Namecheap forwards email sent to our contact address to our inbox.
These providers operate from, or store data in, countries outside Vietnam, including the United States. Sending you a reply or reading your request therefore involves transferring your information outside Vietnam.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't set cookies and doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests and related emails only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and follow up on your enquiry. When we no longer need them, we delete them, unless we have to keep some information for longer for legitimate business or legal record-keeping reasons.
Your rights
Under Vietnam's personal data protection law you can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it. You can also withdraw any consent you have given.
To make a request, email hello@recruithuboperations.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will respond within the time limits set by Vietnamese law. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can also complain to the personal data protection authority under Vietnam's Ministry of Public Security.
Security
The website and the demo form use encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Enquiries are kept in our Formspree account and email inbox, both of which require signing in.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
